ALL IN: CARING FOR NORTH CAROLINA CAREGIVERS PARTNER HOSPITALS & CARE FACILITIES
Through our partnership with the Dr. Lorna Breen Heroes’ Foundation, we are implementing ALL IN: Caring for North Carolina Caregivers initiative. More than 110 hospitals and care facilities have been recognized as Wellbeing First Champions, having addressed stigmatizing language in their credentialing applications and peer reference forms and 18 hospitals and health systems are actively engaged in a statewide learning community to integrate well-being into operational improvement.
Together, they are redesigning systems to reduce administrative burden, strengthen culture, and promote well-being across every level of care.

2025-2026 Learning Collaborative
ALL IN: Caring for NC Caregivers – Phase 3 (2025–2026) Learning Collaborative brings together health care organizations across North Carolina to design, implement, and measure an operational improvement project with an intentional focus on clinician well-being. Through shared learning, data-informed improvement, and peer collaboration, participating teams will test practical changes that strengthen systems of care while advancing sustainable strategies to support the well-being, retention, and professional fulfillment of clinicians.
