Resources for every point on your well-being journey

You don’t have to wait until you’re in crisis to ask for help. You can start any time. Well-being changes over time. Sometimes, you simply need a moment to pause and recharge. Other times, you may notice changes in your mood, stress, or mental health and want to understand what’s happening. And sometimes, you or someone you know may need immediate support.

NCCPRW brings together tools and resources to help North Carolina’s clinicians fill their tank, check in, connect with support, and get help when they need it.

There is no wrong place to start.

FILL Your Tank: well-being connect

How is your tank?

Well-Being Connect is NCCPRW’s proactive well-being resource, developed in partnership with Tynesight.

This Well-Being Diagnostic provides a simple opportunity to pause, reflect on your well-being, and identify areas where a little support or a small change could make a different.

It is designed around a simple idea: Don’t wait until your tank is empty to refuel.

With Well-Being Connect, you can:

  • Know where you stand. Take a quick check-in to understand your level of emotional exhaustion.
  • Take action that fits you. Get bite-sized, evidence-based activities tailored to your results.
  • See how you’re doing over time. Check in again after 7 days and track your progress.

Best for: Anyoneincluding when you’re feeling okay.

Check in: M3 Mental Health Assessment

Is something more going on?

Sometimes a well-being check-in raises a deeper question: “Is what I’m experiencing more than just a tough week?”

The M3 Mental Health Assessment is a confidential, evidence-based screening tool that can help identify symptoms associated with depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and other mental health concerns.

The M3 is not a diagnosis or a substitute for professional care. Instead, it can provide another opportunity to recognize potential concerns and consider whether additional support may be helpful.

NCCPRW Consortium Network Benefit

Consortium members can access the M3 at no cost using the code: NCCPRW2026

Best for: Adults who suspect or want to track a mental health condition—especially when symptoms are unclear, overlapping, or complex.
